These terms of use govern the use of the website bussidetellimine.ee (the Website) and the process of ordering services provided by Domeca OÜ.

2. Definitions
- Client — A user of the Website who submits an enquiry or orders a service (natural or legal person).
- Enquiry — Information submitted by the Client through the Website to obtain a price quote.
- Quote — A price quote for the service provided by Domeca to the Client (e.g. by email or via the Website).
- Order / Contract — An agreement between the Client and Domeca for the provision of the service, formed upon acceptance of the quote and/or payment.
3. Acceptance of terms
By using the Website and/or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
4. Description of the service
The Website allows you to submit enquiries for bus transport (e.g. charter trips, event transport, trips in Estonia and abroad). Domeca:
- collects the enquiry details,
- clarifies details where needed,
- prepares a price quote, and
- provides the service in accordance with the agreement reached.
5. Submitting an enquiry and making a quote
5.1. Submitting an enquiry
Please provide as accurate information as possible (e.g. date, times, origin and destination, number of passengers, special requirements).
5.2. Clarifications
Domeca may request clarifications before providing a quote.
5.3. Preparation of quote
Domeca does not guarantee that a quote will be prepared where the enquiry is incomplete, unclear, or the service cannot be provided (e.g. no available capacity).
6. Forming the contract
6.1. The order / contract is formed when:
- The Client confirms the quote in writing (e.g. by email), or
- The Client pays a deposit / invoice / checkout amount based on the quote.
6.2. Deposit and security
Domeca may require a deposit or other security as a condition for providing the service.
7. Prices and payment
7.1. Prices
Prices are stated in the quote. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in euros.
7.2. Payment methods
Payment may be made by:
- bank transfer against an invoice, and/or
- payment solutions via Montonio and Stripe (payment link/checkout).
7.3. Card data
Domeca generally does not store the Client’s card details; card payments are processed in the payment service providers’ systems in accordance with their terms.
8. Cancellation and changes
8.1. Notice
If the Client wishes to change or cancel an order, Domeca must be notified as soon as possible by email: info@bussidetellimine.ee.
8.2. Cancellation terms
Cancellation terms (e.g. cancellation fees, refund of deposit, cost recovery) are set out in the quote and/or contract.
8.3. Compensation
Where no specific terms have been agreed in writing, Domeca may require compensation for costs already incurred (e.g. bookings, preparation, cancellation costs from partners).
9. Client obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information,
- comply with agreed schedules and organisational instructions,
- ensure that passengers’ behaviour does not endanger other persons or property,
- compensate for damage caused by the Client’s or passengers’ intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.
10. Domeca’s rights and obligations
10.1. Obligations
Domeca undertakes to provide the service professionally and on the agreed terms.
10.2. Refusal or suspension
Domeca may refuse to provide the service or suspend it if:
- the Client materially breaches the agreement,
- the information provided is misleading,
- payment has not been received by the agreed time,
- there is a safety or security risk.
11. Liability and limitation
11.1. Direct liability
Domeca is liable for direct pecuniary damage to the extent arising from Domeca’s culpable breach and applicable law.
11.2. Exclusions
Domeca is not liable for:
- damage caused by the Client or passengers,
- indirect damage (e.g. lost profit), unless the law provides otherwise,
- delays due to circumstances beyond Domeca’s reasonable control (see section 12).
12. Force majeure
Domeca is not liable for breach of obligation where it is caused by force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, road blocks, accidents, strikes, action by authorities, major technical failures).
13. Intellectual property
The content of the Website (text, design, logo, structure, etc.) belongs to Domeca or Domeca’s partners and is protected by intellectual property rights. Copying or using the content without permission is not permitted, except as allowed by law.
14. Privacy and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. The Website may use cookies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, in accordance with consent given in the cookie settings.
15. Third-party services and links
The Website may contain links or integrations to third-party services (e.g. payment services, analytics). Domeca is not responsible for third parties’ terms or operation; their use is subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
16. Changes to the terms
Domeca may update these terms of use. Updated terms will be published on the Website with the effective date. Where changes are material, we may notify you via the Website or by email where appropriate.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
17.1. Law
The law of the Republic of Estonia applies to these terms.
17.2. Disputes
Disputes are resolved primarily by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in the Estonian courts in the court of Domeca’s seat, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
17.3. Consumers
Consumers may have the right to refer to the Consumer Disputes Committee or another competent dispute resolution body in accordance with the law.
